Commercial & Contracts

Your deals stall in legal review. They don't have to.

A customer's procurement team sends 40 pages of redlines. Your sales lead wants the deal signed by quarter end. Your template library dates from your seed round, and each negotiation starts from scratch.

I have negotiated commercial agreements for high-growth tech companies since 2014, on both the vendor and customer side. I know which terms move risk and which ones only slow you down, and I build the templates and playbooks that let your team close routine deals without me.

What I handle

  • Drafting and negotiating enterprise SaaS, software license, and services agreements
  • Building and maintaining a full commercial contract template library
  • CLM platform selection and deployment (for example, Ironclad or SpotDraft)
  • AI playbook building and iteration for contract review
  • Commercial workflows and self-serve terms for high-volume sales

Who this is for

B2B SaaS, software, FinTech, and AI companies selling to enterprise customers, from startups closing their first large deal to growth-stage teams buried in contract volume.

How the work runs

Retainer clients get contract work inside their monthly scope. For standalone projects such as a template library or a CLM rollout, I quote a fixed fee before I start.

Common questions

How fast can you turn around a contract review?

Standard reviews take two to three business days. If a deal has a hard deadline, tell me on day one and we will plan around it so legal review doesn't hold up your signature.

Which contracts do you handle?

MSAs, order forms, SLAs, software licenses, services agreements, DPAs, NDAs, reseller and partnership deals, and vendor and procurement contracts. If it's a commercial agreement at a tech company, I have likely negotiated one like it.

Can our sales team handle routine contracts without legal?

Yes, with the right setup. I build templates, a negotiation playbook with pre-approved fallback positions, and self-serve terms for smaller deals. Your team handles the routine requests and escalates only the terms that need a lawyer.

How do you price contract work?

Retainer clients get contract review inside their monthly scope. For standalone projects I quote a fixed fee up front, so you know the cost before the work begins.
