I have been practicing law since 2010 and have served as in-house counsel to high-growth B2B SaaS, software, and crypto companies in New York since 2014.

Over the course of my career I have negotiated hundreds of commercial agreements of all kinds, including complex agreements with the world's top financial firms and financial infrastructure leaders, built privacy programs from the ground up, and advised executives and product, engineering, commercial, and finance business teams.
